Auction 101 - a refresher from Jay Fiske on how to conduct
a successful fund-raiser through silent and live auctions. Bidders, not Eaters!

Procurement under way  for Wines of Woodinville Collector Cases. Contacting 36 members of Woodinville Wine Country for contributions to our 5th edition of the unique cases featuring Woodinville's finest.

April 22
            Greater Grace Wine Appreciation Society holds wine and food pairing dinner at Monte Villa Farmhouse to benefit the scholarship program.

May 6
        
Audience Development kickoff; Auction website active to accept registration, online bidding, procurement postings.

Members email "Save the Date" info to potential attendees.

         Online bidding opens for Gregutt edition of Wines of Woodinville Collectors Case and other wine-related items. Plans for scholarship endowment for VitEnol support at WSU and Walla Walla CC announced. 
Greater Grace Wine Appreciation Society holds wine and food pairing dinner at Monte Villa Farmhouse to benefit the scholarship program.

Online bidding ends night of Installation Dinner.

July 15
        
First closing for targeted live auction items.

July 26-27
        
Printed invitations to Rotary Wine'n Shine event available for members to send to their invitees.
           Rotarians form "volunteer corps" in support of the Woodinville Wine Country "Wine Notes" concertfest at Marymoor Park. Between 40 and 50 volunteers are needed each day to "staff" the event.

September 16
        
Deadline for catalog advertising.
           Deadline for securing sponsorships, underwriting, etc. to
be included in all promotional materials related to charity event.

September 18
        
Receive final items for live auction. All collateral material due at this time for display and promotion of items in advance of event.

September 23
        
Deadline for silent auction items. Deadline for signage and poster requests to display at Meydenbauer.

September 30
        
Distribution of printed Catalog-Program.
