Implores Mayor-for-Life to

"let me know when the position of Surgeon General of Grace becomes vacant. By then I may have gained enough experience to be considered for the position. My first executive order would be to require everyone to laugh at least 30 minutes a day. It would do wonders for the health of the populace, and maybe even eliminate the need for government altogether."

...at least in Grace!
