Proposed amendment to Club ByLaws - Following study and approval at the January 20 Board meeting, a copy of proposed amended bylaws for the club were electronically dispatched to all active members for their consideration. The proposal will be presented to the membership at this week's February 2 meeting for discussion and action.
Proposals include adding a sixth director position to club leadership in the area of public relations and defines two levels of active membership within the club. A senior active category would be added. Passage of bylaw amendments requires a two-thirds affirmation by those members in attendance.

The trustees amended the WRCF bylaws to provide two-year terms for trustees.
