President Al Marsh opened the meeting in brilliant fashion.  He summoned those responsible for the flag salute, invocation, and song, without any hesitation. 

Due to complications with our scheduled, invited speaker, Jay Fiske substituted "pitched" in as our program speaker.  His subject was how to effectively get items for the auction.  He went through numerous techniques that have proven to be very effective.  He gave us a lot of good information on how to acquire additional items for our upcoming charitable event. 

The Sgt. at Arms did an incredible job of assessing proper fines.  Employing the second element of the four-way test, he assessed everyone present a $1 fine because that would be fair to all concerned.  John Creason had prepaid his fine last week, and he was rewarded with an immunity necklace.  

Steve Dolan tried for the sacred marble, but his efforts were unsuccessful. 

Various raffle items were then contributed to the winners.
