Abbott joins Reporters: The
club's international chair John Abbott joins the ranks of
the Rotary Reporters this week. The Newsletter team needs
one more to volunteer covering club meetings throughout the
year. Contributing in 2008-09 were Susan Webster, Larry
Leonardson, Eric Greenwood, Al Marsh, Jorge Gonzales, Bill
Schink, Becky Clark, Art Haines, Don Fitzpatrick and Erv
DeSmet.

Board
meeting for July: Directors
and officers will next meet on Tuesday, July 21 with plans
to hold evening meetings commencing at 5:30 p.m. at Banner Bank offices in Woodinville. Golf
at Bear Creek: Jay
Fiske announced plans for a golf outing on July 27 at Bear
Creek Golf and Country Club. Estimated cost $60 per player.

Eagle
Scout Court of Honor: Daniel
Raymond Soloff will receive his Eagle badge during a court
of honor on Monday, July 27, at ceremonies at the DeLille
Cellars chateau. Woodinville Rotarians are invited to attend

Reserve
August 22: The
club's annual family picnic will be held on Saturday, August
22, at 21 Acres in Woodinville. Tana Baumler and Steve Dolan
have again been enlisted to flip burgers. Sliced organic
tomatoes and onions from the nearby row crops. Alex Hopkins,
Pam Johnstone and Bill Schink are taking the point, too. Tentative starting
time: 4 p.m. Members of the 21 Acres program will provide
tours of the site, including the 18 acres of vegetable and
berry crops under production. Volunteers will be asked to
help with setup and the gathering and preparation of a
community salad for the event. There's plenty of room for a
mini car show, too.

How are you doing? what's going on in our club? seems like
this year's IYE student is going back home soon. oh well,
i will be glad if you can please give my regards to all
the members in our club and say Hi to them from my side.
Now i'm in 2nd year of university. i really miss you a
lot. whenever I have things going in our club here i miss
you a hell lot. I was helping out the IYE students of this
year during their orientation, last month. anyways take
