·       The theme is set for Literacy. 

·       Entertainment will be provided in the lobby. 

·       Woodinville Wine Country to be solicited by Alan's team; 
          members needed!

·       Wine Donations wish list:   case of premium wine

                                               informal wine tasting stations
                                           winemaker dinners
                                           dinner wine to be poured

·       Procurement:  take a look at past history

·       Catalog Sales:  Joe and Susan

·       Audience:  350 guests.  Table hosts and table captains.

·       Decorations:  Vicki

·       Catalog Items:  Rorry to input

·       Front Desk:  Becky and Gary

·       Software:  Jay Fiske

·       Processing:  Frontier Bank

·       Volunteers:  Vicki and WHS

·       A final plea from Joe to make the push

The most successful charity events come from good audience development and personal invites.  Jay suggests that after the invitation mailing goes out, make a personal ask on behalf of Woodinville Rotary Club.  Remember, bidders not eaters.
