Rotary First Harvest
At last week's meeting, I presented material on Rotary First Harvest F all Fund Drive.  We hope that you will donate generously as has been the tradition in the Woodinville Rotary Club.  At our next meeting, I will have available Harvest Partner forms for those wishing to make monthly donations and envelopes for one-time donation.  Gary mentioned that Rotary First Harvest has a great gift card program and I have obtained brochures that explains the benefits and how it works and will review with you on Tuesday.

Thanks for your support of this great organization.

Proposed for Membership
The Board has voted to extend an invitation for membership to Julie Unruh and Julian Denes. Be sure to welcome both guests at upcoming meetings. This is the first of two notices to be posted concerning the proposed membership. Both will be meeting with our "membership team" to learn more about Greater Woodinville Rotary.

Julie Unruh is associate publisher of the Woodinville Weekly and worked with the club in the selection of the 2006 Greater Woodinville Citizen of the Year. She is proposed by John Hughes and Susan Webster.

Julian Denes recently moved to the area following graduation from UCLA law school. He is a resident of Kenmore, offices in Bothell and coaches youth soccer in Woodinville.

 21 Acres sez thanks

Dear Woodinville Rotarians,

What an evening to remember -- Wine & Shine was very well done -- so organized, so many people, great auction items procured by your membership.

Thank you for inviting us to be part of -- we each thoroughly enjoyed the conversations, wine & food & items purchased. You just keep getting better!

Sincerely,
Gretchen Garth for 21 Acres.
