Ten members will be needed at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, December 8 at
Northshore JHS to help unload, store and set up for the Saturday
coat distribution during the Santa Breakfast. A number signed up
at the last meeting but Susan Webster still needs a few more on
Friday.

Truglio notes that
the Operation Warm project launched four years ago by
Woodinville Rotary is gaining popularity and support throughout
Rotary Districts 5030 (metropolitan Seattle area) and District
5020 embracing Everett north to the Canadian border. Joe
reported at the Board meeting Tuesday that Operation Warm
national headquarters will be sending 10,000 coats to 21 clubs
in these district this year.
Members
helping with distribution on Saturday at the Santa Breakfast
will be needed from 8 a.m. until all coats are distributed. The
breakfast is a long-standing project of Northshore Rotary and
this year will be at the Northshore Junior High School located
near Kingsgate.
A
number of slightly used coats collected at Wellington elementary
school and offered to our club will be distributed to the Maltby
Food Bank this year. |
