Rotary's first scholarship dedicated for Cascadia Community
College was awarded in the fall of 2006 to Alicia Bomer of
Bothell. The grant was for $1,750 and will help with tuition for
winter, spring and summer quarters. A single mom, Alicia plans
to become a mental health counselor. Her note of appreciation is
posted below. |
